baking perfection

Yup, that’s right. Two days in a row with a form of the word perfect in the title of a blog post. Want to know a secret? That’s what happens when I have a full weekend off from work.

Yesterday afternoon I made a treat to take with us to Megan and Paula’s dinner get-together. They are called Rocky Ledge Bars, and they are filled with a combination of nearly five cups of miniature marshmallows, semisweet chocolate, white chocolate, butterscotch chips and soft caramel candies. Do your teeth hurt reading that sentence? Just wait till you eat one. So dense and sweet, you should probably only eat one. OK, maybe two.
