my granola obsession: healthy or not?


My name is Michael Derr, and I’m a granola-making addict. So there, I have admitted that I have a problem. It’s that damn granola recipe I talked about a few weeks ago. I’m making it several times a week. And don’t worry, I’m not the one eating it all. I’m giving a great deal of it to friends and co-workers. They seem to like it. At first, it was delivered in ziploc bags. It felt like, what I can only imagine, a drug dealer pushing his stash would be like. I then progressed to the more classy, and well glassy, jar. I made some sticky labels for the fronts of the jars. They looked alright, but sometimes puckered along the curved edges of the jar. Then it finally occurred to me, print an insert to go between the lid and the ring of the jar. Huzzah, I couldn’t be more pleased. Tomorrow I have my first shipment of granola making its way out of the state of Ohio to North Carolina. Hope you enjoy the granola Katie and Michelle.

    I just ate more – straight out of a bag with a spoon. This stuff is amazing. The slight saltiness is addicting!!!
