dinner tonight



Since I’m off today, I thought I would take the time to make a delicious soup. I found a recipe for roasted-potato fennel soup in the Barefoot Contessa Cookbook. This was Ina’s first cookbook and it has many of the recipes that made her gourmet grocery store, the Barefoot Contessa, a hit in the Hamptons. It also has a forward by Martha Stewart. So how bad could that be? Soup sounds really good on such a cold winter day.
