It's my regular Thursday off from work. Tonight our friend Megan is hosting her annual "Friends Thanksgiving." I'm bringing a couple of sweets. I baked my favorite Butterscotch-Cashew Blondies and a new recipe from Martha's Cookies Book, Apple-Cherry Crumble Bars. The scent that is wafting from the oven right now is incredible. It's like all of the flavorful food scents of autumn, cinnamon, apples, cherries…our kitchen has never smelt better.
